She previously served as project manager for an investment firm where she honored her skills in coordinating large-scale developments. Prior, as a general manager at a residential construction company she gained hands-on experience, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring projects ran smoothly.

Currently, Mina is the operation manager at ONE Street Commercial Properties where she focuses on the commercial proper side of the business blending her architectural expertise with operational leadership
